Online Payment Options - Prepaid ATM
Prepaid ATM used to be very highly regarded in the online gambling
history but something happened a few years back when they were
bought out and then the company that bought them out, went
bankrupt. They’ve been in business for several years and word on
the street is that they withheld a lot of money from online
casinos and their chargebacks were very high. Very few casinos
now accept them for money matters.
It works easily with a small fee being taken for each transaction,
similar to Click2Pay. The fee varies based on the type of deposit.
If you deposit via instant ACH, your fee is 4% and for credit card
deposits, it’s 5%. If you’re willing to wait a week or so for your
funds to transfer from your bank account, there is no fee. Many
online gamblers can’t wait and will pay the small fee making it
worth their time.
You get a Prepaid ATM debit card which can be
used in over 900 ATMs worldwide and it’s $1.50 to make a withdrawal from the ATM once the casino pays your winnings. They
also charge you for balance inquiries and failed withdrawals so be
careful. If you have non-sufficient funds, you’re charged $25 for
each one.
You have a choice of hooking up your bank account or depositing via credit card
which in most cases isn’t allowed in the US. Prepaid ATM is US based and they
have a 24 Hour customer service department. Lately their site has been down for
major upgrades and this isn’t the first option I’d choose for depositing.
