ePassporte Payments
ePassporte isn’t a very widely used payment option but it is
favored in the poker rooms.
You are required to sign up through their site and verify your
identity and add a bank account. A few days later, you have to
verify the amount that ePassporte deposits into your account.
ePassporte sets up a Virtual credit card for you and then you use
that number to fund your gaming account.
There is a fee involved of $5 to load your card. Anything
remaining, you’re able to transfer.
Some of the casinos that accept ePassporte include:
Vegas Red,
Casino Tropez, Casino Room,
888 Casino and
USA Casino. Some of the
poker rooms that accept ePassporte include Holdem Poker, Euro
Poker, Hollywood Poker, Gamesgrid and
Full Tilt Poker.
When
funding your ePassporte account, you’ll use your bank account or
credit card. Your funds are credited instantly to the gaming
establishment and when you withdraw, I’ve found that most places
credit ePassporte back very quickly.
While testing the system, I found that it
takes almost a week for the funds to go back to your bank account,
which may be a drawback to some. Although ePassporte is generally
easy to sign up for and to use. It isn’t a web wallet that many
gaming establishments choose to use as their primary funding
source, but may be the alternative for those who can’t open a
NETELLER account.
They do provide an actual card which may be
used at millions of locations to purchase products and services as
well as virtually. Make sure you read all the fees involved so
you’re not surprised when you’re charged for depositing and withdrawing.
